Workshop｜The Modernology of Image: Art Documentary Workshop
In order to meet the “Reconstruction of Taiwanese History of Art” Project, promote the national art archive and system of resource, cultivate the talents of direction, production, and promotion of artistic and cultural programs, the Art Archive Center, National Tainan University of the Arts cooperates with Public Television Service Foundation to hold the “The Modernology of Image: Art Documentary Workshop” from 1 December to 2 December, 2017.
Yun-Kung, Hsu, the director of the famous Taiwanese TV art program There Is Something Wrongs with Art, Kung-Tzao, Zou, the photographic director of Public Television Service Foundation, and Shu-Zheng, Cheng, the Director of Screenwriting and Directing of Public Television Service Foundation are invited to give lecture courses, which include the course on the “narration of image of art documentary”, the “screenwriting, directing, and photographing of art scene”, and the “logic of montage and visual promotion”. Five outstanding contemporary artists, who take Tainan as the field of modernological studies, are also invited to be interviewed and documented. The main goal of the workshop is to facilitate the public understanding of the theory and the practice of the screenwriting, directing, post-producing, and promoting of art documentary.
